Results That Demonstrate the Power of Effective Leadership and Execution

High performance should produce meaningful improvement, not simply more activity. Maximizing Life works with leaders to identify challenges, strengthen people and systems, and implement practical strategies that support measurable progress.

Selected performance stories

F → B

School improvement in one year

Dr. Womack met regularly with the team to hear concerns and analyze teacher needs. He helped distinguish will from skill issues, trained leaders to adapt responses to each teacher’s DiSC style and needs, and supported targeted strategies for students who were behind. The school moved from an F to a B rating in one year.

Raise the Roof

After more than a decade trying to replace its roof, a church engaged Dr. Womack. He drafted the initial campaign strategy, collaborated with the senior pastor and leadership, urged leaders to initiate giving, helped with response letters, and adjusted the approach during the campaign. The church raised more than $175,000 and had a new roof in under six months.

67% → 79%

Utilization in 60 days

Dr. Womack directly coached a senior leader on coaching direct reports. Together they developed nine systems for early detection of utilization shortfalls, key client contact, indicators, and follow up. Utilization rose from 67% to 79% in 60 days.

Results reflect collaborative client engagements and do not guarantee identical outcomes.
