No. The lab is built so first-time AI users and experienced practitioners both leave with deployed systems. We start with foundations, then move into implementation. You won't be lost, and you won't be bored.
A laptop you can work on, your charger, and at least one real ministry challenge you want to solve. If you're bringing a team, identify roles before you arrive — who owns volunteers, who owns communication, etc. We'll send a pre-event prep guide one week out.
The lab is primarily in-person in Fort Worth, TX. The implementation work depends on real-time collaboration with our team and your peers, which is why we don't offer a passive stream-only option for the lab itself. Recordings of the teaching segments are made available to attendees afterward.
Bring whoever you can. The Ministry Team pricing covers up to five — you don't have to fill every seat. Many churches send a pastor plus 2-3 key volunteers or staff. Even one teammate dramatically increases what you can implement on Monday.
We design the workflows so the core systems run on free or low-cost tiers of common tools. For churches that want to scale further, we'll show you when paid tiers are worth it and when they're not. No surprise upsells — what you build in the lab works on the budget you already have.
Full refund up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, we'll transfer your registration to a future ΣLife! event of equal value. If something unexpected comes up, talk to us — we'll work it out.
